After much discussion, we have decided to continue the Marketing for Mavens beta indefinitely. There are a few reasons for this.
- There are many more features that we’d like to add and we want them to be part of the paid application on day 1.
- Campaign promotions have taken longer than anticipated to integrate into the Marketing for Mavens app. We want them to be available in the beta for thorough testing.
- There are a few features that aren’t as complete as we’d like them to be if this was a paid app. For example, the dashboard page recently had several changes made to it in the phase 1 launch but it won’t be until phase 2 that our complete vision becomes a reality.
It is for these reasons that we’ve decided to keep Marketing for Mavens as a free beta for all participants. More news will come over the next few months as we anticipate wrapping up the beta later this year.
